The event was a chance for Regulators and Enterprises in the Renewable Energy sector to share their concerns, the challenges they face and possible solutions. Many stakeholders emphasized the importance of publishing new detailed regulations for the Renewable Energy sector aimed at encouraging the private sector to invest in RE. They also suggested that new regulations should be clear, specific and avoid ambiguity. The powerline infrastructure was also a main point raised by many delegates - only when the grid allows RE projects to produce at their full capacity can the RE goals of 2050 be achieved.
